Notice of The General Office of the State Council on the arrangement of some holidays in 2023

People's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, ministries and commissions under The State Council:

With the approval of The State Council, the specific arrangements for 2023 New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday are notified as follows.

1, New Year's Day: December 31, 2022 to January 2, 2023 holiday, a total of 3 days.

2. the Spring Festival: January 21 to 27 holiday, a total of 7 days. January 28 (Saturday), January 29 (Sunday) work.

3.Qingming Festival: April 5 holiday, a total of 1 day.

4.Labor Day: April 29 to May 3 holiday, a total of 5 days. April 23 (Sunday), May 6 (Saturday) work.

5.the Dragon Boat Festival: June 22 to 24 holiday, a total of 3 days. June 25th (Sunday) work.

6. Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day: September 29 to October 6 holiday, a total of 8 days. October 7 (Saturday), October 8 (Sunday) work.

During the holidays, all regions and departments should properly arrange duty and safety, security, epidemic prevention and control work, and in case of major emergencies, they should timely report and properly handle them in accordance with regulations, so as to ensure that the people spend the holiday peacefully and safely.
