The project applies the thin-film solar power generation technology with the highest level of power generation conversion in the world. Based on the building scene, the "smart green energy system" independently developed by Xi 'an Zhongyi Construction Technology Group Co., Ltd. is implemented in accordance with industrial standards on the building facade, daylighting roof, awning and other scenes. "Smart green Energy System" application area of 2,755 square meters, photovoltaic installed power of 458kW, annual power generation of about 400,000 degrees, is the country's first integrated smart green energy building.

The "Smart green energy system" is an important path for revolutionary innovation in the construction field and the realization of the "double carbon goal". It is mainly composed of green energy subsystem, smart subsystem and Qin Brick management subsystem. Relying on the facade of the building, it can achieve multi-functional integration such as 100% green energy self-supply, full coverage of 5G, efficient prevention and control, unmanned logistics to the home, and Internet of Things platform. The single enclosure function of the building facade is upgraded to a comprehensive product that can simultaneously meet the needs of building electricity consumption, communication, prevention and control, logistics and operation and maintenance management, and realize the simultaneous and integrated development of "zero carbon and negative carbon buildings" and "smart buildings".

Due to low light and efficient early warning and operation and maintenance, the overall power generation efficiency of the project is 30% higher than that of the silicon-based project. The project PV module warranty is 30 years, 30 years loss does not exceed 10%.
